ANNOUCEMENT ABOUT COVID-19 SITUATION IN JAPAN

Dear subscribers and users,

There has recently been an announcement from Japan Post regarding the international deliveries due to the global crisis related to COVID-19.
Due to an important reduction of flights, multiple shipping services are temporarily suspended.

This, unfortunately, includes the service we use to ship you the Boxes (SAL).
Some Countries can no longer be delivered regardless of the shipping method.

In order to continue to ship you the Boxes, we have decided to use the Airmail method.

This has two consequences:
-The Boxes will arrive faster than before (between one and two weeks).
-Free shipping fee is no longer possible because we cannot cover the full cost of this service and there will be a temporary shipping fee of $7

This takes place immediately and is temporary until the return of the Japanese Post to normal operation.

For April Boxes, which are being shipped, we will take care of the additional costs, but for all next boxes, new subscriptions and orders, we will charge a shipping fee of $7.
This concerns both the “My Box” service and the subscription Boxes.

Also note that, as we announced before, the delivery time can greatly be affected and some boxes may be delivered to yo a later than expected.

We are sincerely sorry for the impact of this situation at all levels.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
Like thousands of small entrepreneurs all over the world, this situation affects our new service particularly.
But we will do our best to continue to propose you wonderful Boxes and we sincerely hope to bring you some joy and fun from Japan during this particularly difficult time.
