Tanoshi Me Box is a service from Tanoshi Me Japan. Tanoshi Me (previously "@Japan"), comes from the Japanese word "楽しみ"(fun) and "me": make it me fun!
We are located in Tokyo, in Japan and we want to make available to our customers any product from Japan.
But not only products, we want to offer many services so you can discover and enjoy many things about Japan and his great culture.
We will always listen to your comments and consider your remarks to improve and makes your experience with Tanoshi Me the best ever.
Our goal is to connect Japan with the rest of the World. We want to makes exchange with Japan as simple as possible.

The concept of surprise monthly subscription boxes offers to subscribers to receive each month, at home, our selection of exclusive Japanese products.
We prepare every month for our subscribers an exclusive selection of the best products and we ship the boxes so you can receive it every month at the same period.
You can cancel or make a pause to your subscription any time you want.

What is in the Boxes?
The exact content will keep secret until the reception but, depending on your type of box, you will always have the same format of content.

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription commits me for how long? Is there any cancellation fees?
Subscription last for as long as you want to and you can unsubscribe anytime through your account control panel.
There is no commitment in the subscription.
I just subscribe, when will I receive my first Box ?
We ship the Boxes from Tokyo and we start to prepare them as soon as subscriptions are closed.
If for example you just subscribe for September Box, you will receive your Box in the middle of September.
The deadline to register for a Box is until the 20th of the current month.
If for example you Subscribe on the 1st of August your first Box will be the September one and will arrive in the middle of September.
But if you subscribe on August 21st you will receive your Box around mid-October.
Boxes are prepared and sent at the beginning of the month and then it takes between 2 and 5 weeks for the box to arrive at your place.
It is impossible to give a precise date of reception because the deliveries may have big variations.
Please note that some month are very crowded (May, August and December), the Boxes may arrived later than usual but no worry, it always arrives to their destination.
⚠️ Please note that sometimes you are charged for your second Box without having received the first one yet.
I unsubscribe after being withdrawn, will I receive my Box?
Even if you unsubscribe, since we received your payment, you will receive the current expected month Box as planned.
You won't be withdrawn anymore for next months and you won't receive Box anymore. You can subscribe back anytime you want of course.
Am I able to purchase one box, without subscribing?
Yes. You can try just one Box or offering one by choosing the "OFFER AS GIFT / JUST ONE BOX" option.
 
Can I receive a free Box?
Yes! We do offer promotional boxes.
You can either get free Boxes by referral/sponsorship system, either you can apply to become ou partner and being able to receive free Box that you can review on your channel/blog.
To receive a free Box by sponsorship you just have to refer 3 friends. By register you will be able to have a personal referral link that you can share.
Once we have 3 subscriber that used your referral code, you will receive one free Box.
So you can receive unlimited free Boxes as long as you keep on send us new customers.
To become our partner you have to apply here. We will consider your application regarding the content of your channel/blog and the number of your followers.
As it is limited, we are deeply sorry if we can't accept your request at one time, but you can still apply and try again later.
Another way to get free box is by following us and try one of our contest.
Our regular customers will be awarded with our Loyalty Points System.
For each Box you order you receive points and you can receive a free Box or order products with your points.
There is various way to receive points like reviewing products or sharing pictures of your Box on Social Networks.

How to use Points
During checkout step, if you have the necessary amount of points, a new payment option “Pay with my Points” become available . Then you can can choose this option and order with your points.

PAYMENT

Is this website secure? Is there any risk when I proceed online payment?
Box@Japon is totally secure. Our websites are under HTTPS SSL, secured accordingly to international standard.
All purchases by Credit Card are using our certified system Stripe and PayPal. We don't stock any information about credit card on our server.
When will I be charged?
You gonna be charged the same day you proceed subscription. Your payment is renewed automatically each month at the same day.
For example if you subscribe the 1st of August, your next payment will be the 1st of September.
Can I get refund if I unsubscribe too late after the date of the withdrawal?
In the particular case where you have forgotten to unsubscribe in time, it is possible to cancel your subscription by contacting us via the contact form.
You will be partially refunded and will not receive the Box.
I really liked one product. Can I receive it again?
We offer to each Box a different content but depending on their popularity we may use some products again.
You can rate and give your review on each product (and earn loyalty points by doing that). The highest rated products may be selected again for Boxes in the future.
New! You can order any time the products from previous Boxes by making you a customized box with our new service "MY BOX"

Can I have a Tracking Number to know where is my Box?
Yes. Tracking is available as an option that you can choose when you you subscribe.
If you want to modify your subscription and add or remove tracking option please contact us.
I still haven't received my Box, should I worry? What happens if the package is not received?
By default, the Box delivery method does not offer package tracking number (available as an option). But, if your shipping address is correct, you should receive your Box without any problem.
It is likely that your package is just a little late. But remember to check for any notices and contact your post office if the delay becomes too important.
A package is considered lost 3 months after shipment. During this period, the parcel may arrive at your home or we may have returned to Japan.
Packages do not disappear and, in the very rare cases where they are returned to us, we will contact you as soon as we receive it and schedule a return after having investigate the reason for the non-distribution.
