After few changes and few add, we updated our FAQ.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the main points :

-Adjustment of subscription deadlines
After several delays on the arrival of the Boxes, we decided to set up earlier the deadline to subscribe to the Boxes.
From now you have until the 20th day of each month to subscribe to the next month’s Box
We will be able to prepare and send the Boxes earlier.
So to subscribe to the January Box you will have to decide yourself before the 20th of December!

-Add of MY BOX service
We have recently started a new service that offers you the possibility to make your custom box by selecting the products of your choice in our catalog.
This gives you the possibility to order as much as you want and when you want the products that you want.

-New Loyalty Point system
To reward our subscribers we set up in place a new Loyalty Point program. You can accumulate points and receive free Boxes or create your own personalized Box.
