Finally, the shipping by Air Mail is available again to the United States!
You can order and receive your box normally (maybe still some small delays) if you are living in the US.
If you are still waiting for a previous order don’t hesitate to contact us as we will have to manage many customer cases.

Even if the situation with the Japanese Post is getting better, there are still some countries for whom the shipping is temporarily suspended.
You can still order and subscribe but we will ship your boxes once the service becomes available again.
There is still no official information but the situation is changing regularly. We will keep you posted for each update.
We are truly sorry for those that are still waiting for their orders and hope that it will be resume soon.

Dear subscribers and users,

First of all sorry for the late announcement and if we couldn’t contact you yet.
We are treating each order and contact each customer individually, so be reassured that you will receive an email from us soon.

At the beginning of April, we made an announcement regarding the temporary suspension of many services from the Japanese Post Office.
The service we usually use to send your Boxes (SAL) has been suspended to all countries.

That’s why we are using Airmail to send your Box but it costs some temporary shipping fees ($7).

However, there is some country that can’t use Airmail because of the lack of plane transportation.
Since the end of April, Japan Post announced a further suspension to more countries, including the USA.
Here is the list of those countries:

Here is the consequence of our service :
For all the countries that are not on that list, we continue to send your Box normally with an additional charge of $7.

If your country is on that list we offer you two options :
-We can keep and store your box until the situation is back to normal (there is no information about when it will)
-We send you your Box by Surface Mail (boat). It won’t cost you any extra fee but it takes at least three months to arrive and no tracking is possible.
edit: we don’t provide this service anymore because it is not a good option for customers in our opinion.
So keeping the box until the situation is getting better maybe faster than to ship it by Surface Mail but we have no guaranty on that point.

We are studying other options like DHL that seems to cost a lot, and we will continue to update you as soon as there is further information.
All of our partnership programs and contests are suspended until this situation is solved.

Japanese Post official announcement

IMPORTANT: many April Boxes that we sent the beginning of April came back to us because of the service suspension. We are contacting each concerned customers and offering solutions.
